One Day Project
Speak up. Show up. One day at a time.

About Us.
Our name is inspired by One Day — a timeless anthem calling for peace, unity, and a world where no one is left behind. For young people on the autism spectrum who silently struggle with anxiety, isolation, and unmet mental health needs, that song feels deeply personal. One Day Project exists because that "one day" cannot wait.
One day, every autistic teenager will have access to the mental health care they deserve. That day starts now

Who We Are
One Day Project is a nonprofit organization dedicated to the mental health of autistic youth in the United States. We believe that every young person — regardless of how their mind works — deserves access to compassionate, specialized mental health support.
Autistic teenagers face unique emotional and psychological challenges that are too often overlooked by mainstream mental health systems. Many struggle with anxiety, sensory overload, social isolation, and depression, yet receive little to no support tailored to their needs. We are here to change that.
What We Stand For
We raise awareness, advocate for policy change, and connect autistic youth and their families with the resources they need. Through community outreach, educational programs, and partnerships with mental health professionals, we work to build a world where every young person on the spectrum feels seen, supported, and never alone.
OUR VISION
OneDayProject.co is a non-profit organization dedicated to addressing the youth mental health crisis in the United States. We strive to inform the public about the urgent need for mental health resources and advocate for meaningful change.

Make a donation
Every day in America, thousands of autistic teenagers navigate a world that wasn't built for them, silently battling anxiety, depression, and isolation, with nowhere to turn.
Your donation helps change that. Every contribution brings autism-tailored mental health resources directly to the young people who need them most. No autistic teen should have to face this alone. One day starts with you.
